Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for a full refund within 30 days of shipment for unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, tags, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items, items marked as "Final Sale", or items purchased with gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
Email info@scathedfashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account,
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive for you to feel your best in our designs. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and a description of the concern, and we’ll make it right!

Buy Back and Repair Program
SCATHED believes in keeping clothing in fashionable closets and out of the landfill. Therefore, we've created a buyback program called REINCARNATE. Send us your gently worn SCATHED garments and, if they are eligible, you can receive 20% off your next SCATHED purchase. We will then refresh and repair the item and add it to our REINCARNATE collection at a discounted price for others to enjoy as a limited collector item.
